A New Chapter

A new chapter in our lives has just begun! Over the past few months we have been fasting and praying to be able to know if it was ok with The Lord that we could go live near one of our children! At first we thought it would Misty in Colorado, but thing s quickly changed and we realized we really could be more effective in being a positive influence in the lives of Pete's children because of their ages, than Mistys as they are already grown! After much counsel with The Lord we decided that we would go to Tucson where Pete is stationed with the Air Force! We thought it would be a couple years down the road!
But circumstances happened and we found that we were really upside down on the mortgage of our home and we could neve recover the lost value of it! After counseling with The Lord we felt we needed to consult a real estate attorney who advised us to get out of the mortgage, the onlybwYbwe could and ace our credit-shirt sale the home! We started the process with a realtor names Marlene Reitzman! She has been so great through this whole process! We have 3 offers on the home and it is now in the handles of the two lenders and The Lord! Karen gave her notice at work and we came to Tucson to find a home! Which we did! A story for tomorrow!
