Colorado trip April 2014

Drove to Colorado this weekend to visits sister Ann and them on to Mistys house! The weather was a little overcast but nice!

Is try and Brandon have a new home and it is oh so nice for them! They did a great job getting this house! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with Brans new propane heater and fire pit! Yummy pork chops and taco dip! 

We took a little drive to Old Colorado city where we stopped in this Mexican yard art store! Misty fell in love with a peacock so I got it for her for Mothers Day! She loved it!

It was a long day getting checked out of housing in San Angelo Texas, once in the car they all conked out!

Pete at his re-enlistment ceremony! So proud of this man! He and his family are on their way to Tucson Arizona where he will be stationed now! Yay only 9 1/2 hour drive!

Spent a fun morning at the ball field watching my nephew Alec play ball! He is Tim's oldest son! Barry stopped by too so I thought I would get a quick shot of them together!

I have fallen in live with aprons! I love all of them! This one is actually made from a men's dress shirt! It only took an hour to make and got the shirt from the thrift store! Score!😃

JD Stanworth Eagle Court

JD was one of Lens  first scouts when we moved to Hurricane! He gave Len the mentors pin for the person who was most influential in his earning his Eagle rank! This is the second scout to give Len this award! Pretty great to know you had so much influence on someone!

Saturday is a special day!

We spent Saturday cleaning up the yard and getting rid of the dead pomegranate bushes! Got a burn permit and started burning everything! It was a great day and the yard looks great!
